Selling FairChang Land

PLEASE NOTE: Group Land.

It is always the best idea to own the land yourself.. as in not to leave it Group deeded. If it is the L$ you might have got from the sale will go to the group and be shared between members at around midnight.

It is easy to get the land back from the group. Simply sell it back to yourself for L$0. If you were the owner before it was deeded, you will be the owner still in our accounts. The tier due date should not have changed and you should not get a reminder message when you buy it back.

If you get a tier reminder when you buy the land back for L$0 then contact Garth FairChang and explain.

SELLING LAND

Selling land on FairChang sims/regions is just the same as the Linden land.

If all is well then you can 'Right click' your land plot and choose 'About Land'. In the General tab click the 'Sell Land' button and fill in the details.

When your land sells you must contact Garth FairChang by IM or emailgarth@fairchang.comand let me know it has changed owners. I need to know the new owners SL name and what land you sold.

Example: Hi. John Harris bought my land in FairChang Resort.

You also need to ask the new owner to look at the covenant here and use the payment page. They are now responsible for land tier payments. You no longer have to pay land tier payments for the FairChang land you sold.

It is also a good idea to point them to our Buying Land page.

If you would like the 'For Sale' sign that we use.. just ask Pituca FairChang for a copy. It will list your land on our websit (Other Owners) page.

We also trade land. If you own a land plot on FairChang and would like to trade for another plot that Pituca owns then contact her. Please note that we cannot trade land that is rented.
