Buying FairChang Land

Buying land on FairChang sims/regions is just the same as the Linden land.

Right click the land plot and choose 'Buy Land'.
You will need to check the 'I agree to the covenant detailed above' checkbox. The covenant in full can be found here http://www.fairchang.com/covenant.php or use the link on the website.

READ THE COVENANT. That is most important.
These are extra rules that you are agreeing to live by on FairChang land. If you have questions on it IM Garth FairChang inworld.

You also need to use the Payments page on this website (see link above) to pay your FairChang Land Tier. We do also have a L$ payment method. Again IM Garth FairChang inworld for more info. This is the monthly tier you pay us to keep the land.

Although this is not as stated in the covenant, we do allow seven days for you to settle in and get your tier paid.

NOTE: The following is ONLY true for land bought from us (Pituca FairChang sells our land).

"During this seven day period we will also refund and reclaim the land if you are not happy. We all make mistakes so don't feel bad.

Pituca also includes the 1st months tier in all land she sells."

You would need to contact the seller of any other land to see what their terms of sale are.

We also trade land. If you own a land plot on FairChang and would like to trade for another plot that Pituca owns then contact her. Please note that we cannot trade land that is rented.
